I have a 1996 Honda Accord LX

I have a 1996 honda accord lx. Recently my car has been cutting out after about 5-10 mins of drive time. It will idle forever but after I put it in drive and try to go around the corner I can barley make it a mile. Ive repaired just about everything I could electrically. Replaced alternator, new sparks, new wires, new distributor, new battery, oil change, radiator check, new water pump and thermostat, new axel (i kno that wouldnt make this happen but just to show how much work ive already done on the car) and bought just about a new (used) tire for each wheel. If u could give ANY advice on what it may be it would be so appreciated. O this is probably something I should have said in the beginning. There is a small amount of smoke that comes from the back of the car where the fuel tank is. It made me think the belt could be burning but I thought against it.

I would be checking the fuel pressure first.
