Recently the Veterans Administration had a wheelchair lift added to the rear of my 1996 Ford Taurus. The lift drags the ground when I hit dips. The car has rear struts instead of shocks. What can I do to raise the rear of the vehicle a few inches that would not cost a lot of money?

You can put new struts on with heavier springs in it but it wil effect your ride. It may be a little stiffer.
