So the car turns on fine but the minute I put it into a gear it stalls. The lights on the dashboard come on, like the battery light, the fuel light, and the oil light. The break pedal gets very stiff and the only thing to do is put it back into park. It does this from a cold start although sometimes it goes once it gets to a stop again it is really rough and bucks a bit and then stalls again. I checked the transmission levels those seemed to be good. When the car turns on the RPM goes from 2 and then down to 1 and the kinda twitches up and down for a while. I don't know if that's normal. I thought that could be related to a bad fuel pressure regulator.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. Clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole if you have one.
