I turned the truck off for less than a minute and then restarted it. I got 1 city block to a stop sign and it started puttering and then bogged down and died. I pushed it to the curb popped the hood and I notice power steering fluid all over the engine and plastics under the hood even on the felt under the hood.
Idk what that could be I have fuel pressure and spark its a 4 cyl 2.3 96 ford ranger xlt automatic with approx 103xxx miles

What is the fuel pressure?

Is the timing belt in good condition? Has it been changed?
