My 96 Ford Probe GT has a misfire on the number 3 cylinder. I have replaced the plugs and wires 6 months ago. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor this morning. The ignition coil cover has a few cracks in it so I used a gasket compound to seal the cracks. I put the car back together but still had a misfire so I checked to see if the no.3 wire had a spark. I ground the wire to the car to see if it sparked and now the car will not start at all. What have I done?
