What kind of noise, and when? Grinding all the time? Just when applying the brakes? Squealing? If you jacked the car up under the lower control arms, look for a bent brake splash shield rubbing on a rotor. Ford had been using really cheap plastic but maybe they went back to steel. If one is rubbing you can pull it away by hand or with a small pry bar.
Also look for "witness marks" on the spindle. That would indicate the edge of the wheel is rubbing. Also, if your new tires have an outer diameter that is larger than the specified tires, check for rubbing on the fenders.
