1996 FORD F-150 SQUEAKING

My truck is squeaking when I let off breaks and when I straighten out truck from turning right. When it rains and is wet, the noise doesn't occur, which led me to think it just need some lube. So I did that to all the turning joints and it still makes the noise which makes me think it's something to do with the brakes or bearing/bushings?

And it's only in the front right wheel.

Have you checked the brake pads to make sure the brake sensors are rubbing the rotors? Look at the sensors and see if they have shining parts?
