Can, t turn crankshaft. I drove through flood water engine shut down immediately

The cylinders may be hydro-locked with water. Remove the spark plugs, then crank the engine to spit the water out. Dry the spark plugs, stick 'em back in, then see if the engine starts.

Engine won't crank and tried to turn crank by hand with a wrench at harmonic balancer and it won't turn any suggestions on how to proceed or must engine be torn down.
