Have a 1996 Neon, service engine light KEEPS coming back on, check the code and on car it say 43, On ODB II it says P300-01/01, which they both mean misfire number 1 cyclinder ( as far as I know ). Have changed out plug wires, plugs, coil pack, and fuel injector on No. 1 cycl. Have switched 1 and 4 new plug wires, have replaced plugs three different times, changed out coil pack twice and have taken fuel rail off and cleaned out. Yet everytime I get 40-50 miles on it the light comes back on ( I clear the light everytime I try something ) Now the last few days the light stayed off and I put about 120 miles on it, but when I went on highway and got up to 70+, Light came back on.

I have checked for vacum leak and can't find one, unless I'm missing one somewhere. Getting frustrated.
