I have a 96 Chevy 4
1996 CHEVROLET TRUCK
I have a 96 chevy 4.3 vortec with multiple misfire. It idles rough and when I apply the brakes the taillights flicker. What would cause this?

Check the charging system and ground circuits. The flickering taillights seems to indicate the above and low battery voltages can cause misfiring and other issues.
