WHY IS MY ENGINE HARD TO START WHEN ITS COLD

I just got this car then the temp dropped and the car is very hard to start when the coolant temp is below 70 when it does atrt I can shut it off before the engine warms up and it will start easy. I changed the coolant temp sensor but no luck

Start by checking the fuel pressure and clean out the idle air control valve
