Neither turn signal on drivers side will work by.
1995 TOYOTA TACOMA
Neither turn signal on drivers side will work by the turn signal switch. However they will work by the hazard flashers. Could the light switch be the problem?

Yes and that is the most likely cause. Check the wiring first.
