We are replacing the rack and pinion on my son's 1995 potiac grand am and we are not sure if we have to remove bolts that are on the fire wall and if we do need to how do we go about getting them out, We are not sure how many bolts need to be tanken out because the (Suspension and Steering) page in the book does not show the whole part well. It's almost impossible to see how many bolts need to be removed and where all the bolts are.

Should be 4 bolts that hold rack to body. Remove cinch bolt to steering shaft first, then hydraulic lines.
