1995 FORD TAURUS FUEL PUMP ISSUE

I have a 95 Ford Taurus OBD1. Check engine light code was 5-4-2 (fuel pump secondary circuit fault). Recently replaced the fuel pump and it ran fine for a couple days then I was unable to start it. I am wondering if I should replace the relay to see if the problem will disappear. Do I have to replace the whole Constant Control relay module or can I just replace the relay? Thanks.

It's probably the module as the relay only works on startup also check for shorted wires rubbed through going from oil pressure switch to module
