Cooling fan does not come on
1995 FORD TAURUS
Cooling fan does not come on. Fan has three connections in the plug, which ones do I put power to to check the fan? If the fan is good what controls it and what do I check?

The black is ground the other 2 is for low and high -power this 2-other problems could be constant control relay module or the computer itself
