I have a 1995 Ford Probe Se that wont move anymore. I was in a parking lot when it happened. I approached a stop sign and put the car into neutral while I waited. When I was ready, I put the car into first gear (5 speed) and then tried to take off. Only problem was I didnt move. I heard a grinding sound and I wasnt moving at all. It drove perfectly fine earlier that day. I can put it into every gear without needing to depress the clutch and it will just idle in gear (even reverse). I had it towed back to my house. I then went to show someone and it started to work again for about 5 seconds and then it wasnt moving again. Is this a new clutch job or a transmission problem?
