I tried to replace a ignition switch and it was in the lock position
1995 FORD F-150
I had to drill the switch out and I drill to far with the drill what can I do it damaged the area in the back where the switch goes and the switch won't go all the way in.
have the same problem?

Yes, this is unfortunate but it does happen, you will need a used column or a column repair piece from the dealer.
