Hi I have to replace my radius arm bushings in my 1995 f150 and the shop told me that they are the stock brackets that are welded and that they needed to put aftermarket bolt on brackets on instead. Is this a scam for more money or is it true. I am going to do the work myself but I need to know if I really need to buy the brackets or if I can use the original ones.

No need for brackets unbolts from frame but have run into a few that are revited to frame so Die grind off and replace with grade 8 nuts and bolts
