My 95 Chevy Blazer occasionally starts after a few turning of the key, it idles rough and when you apply gas to go at a higher speed it shuts off completely and the power steering and brakes lock up too. Plus there is a strong odor of gas fumes in the rear. I have replaced the fuel filter, added cleaner to gas tank, as well as a coolant sensor, recently had a complete tune up as well. Its still not running.
