95 Blazer, 4.3 liter, Automatic Won't shift down. It feel like it is always in second. Prior to this problem there was a plastic connector that split off from a single vacuum hose to two other hoses but the connector broke. One end of the larger hose was connected to the connector and the other end was fed down behind engine and it pulled up freely and wasn't connected to anything. The second hose I can not locate. My guess is one hose goes to revamp canister and another goes to an actuator on the transmission. If you have an answer to my problem and any vacuum schematics that would help I would appreciate it.
