Idles rough and strong smells of gas coming from exhaust. Seems to be running rich. What do I adjust, fix, or replace?

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not only check correct pressure, check that the pressure holds and doesn't drop like a rock with everything turned off. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?
