If it is operating in 'auto' mode, it will change mode positions based on requested temperature vs in car temperature. At approximately 75, it should be blowing out of dash outlets and continue as cooler temp are requested. As warmer temps are requested, it should blend toward the floor. Improper operation could be from faulty in-car sensor readings, low refrigerant, or possibly a programmer issue.
