I do not have the key that fits the manual door lock. I must rely on the key less touch pad to gain entry. My worry is that if the battery dies I will not be able to access my car cause the manual key door lock is not working. Can you give me a little insight on how to fix my problem !

Thanks alot guys, Cougar Fan.

What you need to do is replace the tumbler on the doors. It takes a little time, but isn't too hard to do. The parts are cheap. What you need to do is remove the inner door panel to access the tumbler. There will be a linkage rod going to it and then a clip that holds it on the door. Remove both and the tumbler will come out. At that point, you just reverse the procedure to replace.
