Only when the car is moving, there is a clunking/grinding that seems to be coming from the middle underneath the car. I know it does need new wheel bearings but the noise and feeling on the floor isnt on the passenger side where the bearing is bad. It does get worse when turning right, and lessens while turning left. But then it gets back to the horrid sound when moving forward. It's not the breaks. Pressing on them makes no difference in the sound.

Since the sound changes when you turn, it's the wheel bearing. Replace it and my guess is the noise will be gone.
