94 ford f150 5.8 when driving down road trucks runs fine but when you try to do a hard acceleration motor cuts out tell you let off accelerator then engen picks back up. Under normal acc truck runs fine tell you try to punch it
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

The truck starts and runs perfect but when you punch it the engine shuts down to a sputter and will stay that way for as long as you hold acc dowen once you let off acc engin picks back up and runs normal tell you punch it again

Check the throttle position for smooth operation and resistance readings throughout the full range of motion. Check the throttle body for vacuum leaks. Wiggle the throttle plate where it goes through the throttle body, there should be no play. Perform a comprehensive vacuum leak test.
