What would cause it to heat up then go back down
1994 DODGE RAM
What would cause it to heat up then go back down. Seems to happen when it's been running for a little while, but not when you first start it up.

Check for ful l coolant level then when warm check radiator place hand if you feel cold spots the radiator is bad check for an internal coolan t leak
