Car has a vibration at 65-75 mph. All the front chassis and suspension parts have been changed out over the past 5 years EXCEPT. The lower control arm bushings and lower ball joints. Could this be the problem?

Normally a vibration at that speed is a drivetrain problem or tire balance. Try putting fornt tires on rear and rear on front to see if it makes a difference.
