Are you somewhat mechanical?

Are you able to remove spark plugs and put 'em back?

Have you taken the distributor out. Hiding info, makes it harder to assist you!

Sorta. What exactly have you or the "other ones" done to get you to this point?

Knowing some (all) of this might give me a starting point

Yeah I took it out but forgot to remember the firing order how would I be able to fix it? Also I might have arranged the spark plug wires wrong and don't know the order it was me first time trying it.

If you took it out. And did not stick it back in 100% exactly how it came out (ez to get it wrong). You will need to listen to the different ways of replacing it right

I think I grabbed you the correct diagram at the bottom

remember # one's position on the distributor cap may vary depending on how you install the distributor

Wherever #1 winds up---that is the starting point for the sequence

Keep me posted

Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Automatic

my father passed away a few years ago and left his jeep in the garage. It doesnt run. It turns over but wont start. I am getting fuel and air so my next area to look is spark. He put a 4.3L from a '93 chevy blazer into it. It has a tbi but I dont know if that came with the engine or not. I have searched the internet and found some websites for other year engines. But I would like to know for that specific year where the spark plug wires go. Basically what terminal on the distributor attaches to what spark plug. Thank you for your time. Josh.
