I have a 94 Acura Integra LS 1.8L that has oil blow by. Two of the plugs had oil all over them when I changed them. I have been researching on the internet and have found that I should change the spark plug grommets and the valve cover gasket. Would you agree? FYI: No oil is leaking anywhere. The car does not smoke or burn oil either.

Also how does the distributor rotor come out? I could not get it out when I was changing the distributor cap.
