I get in my car with it off, not running, and I press in clutch it has no grab just a soft feeling almost to where it's all the way to the floor. I had friend push in clutch while I watched it move and it barely moves at all. When I start it with clutch to floor it starts up fine. But can't shift into first at all. I can rave up engine and get into second and get moving, then has a little grab into each gear. But when I try to go from second down to first no luck. So have to stay in second to keep car moving. Fluids are good and no leaks inside or on the outside.

Do you
have the same problem?

Sounds like you have a leak in either the Master or the slave cylinder and now it has run out of fluid and got air into the system. You will have to find out which one is leaking, replace it and bleed the system out.
