When started cold it Idles at 3500 rpm, then modulates from like 3000to
3500 and works its way down to about 1900 then stops modulating and will
eventually drop down to 900 but only when parked if driving it only drops down to 2000 and modulates unless it is warm out. It has a brand new Idle
control valve which actually made it modulate more. Most of the vacum lines are new.
