I have a 1993 plymouth acclaim that will start to bogg down only once its warm but if it sits for a little while it will drive fine again sound like a fuel filter? I have already changed it once but it was at the very end of the tank could I have ruined the new filter?

No, I would start with a fuel pressure check.

Check the timing belt for wear. How long since you changed it?
