Corner lights, dash lights, and tail lights dont come on after I changed ignition cylinder. Everything looks fine just don't understand what happened. The under hood fuse are fine I checked them this morning. Any insight b greatly appreciated

Check trouble codes for electronic load detector issue, then troubleshoot the code. Did you check for voltage anywhere? Check for voltage at fuse 23 underhood fuse box. Use a testlite.
I can't tell from here if the ELD is part of the problem?

After looking up info on your eld, I believe it just monitors the voltage, shouldn't have any effect.

Well I just turned on the vehicle and all the lights work. But earlier today they didnt.

Hopefully everything keeps working. These wiring diagrams for older vehicle, the circuits look like spaghetti, hard for me to follow.
