It turns over, is getting fuel but has no spark at the plugs. Any idea how to tell what is causing the lack of spark? We checked and it's getting fuel, (new fuel pump 2 yrs ago), it just got a new starter and fly wheel 3 weeks ago. But its not getting spark. It turns over but doesn't start. Any ideas how to tell what the problem is? Its the 2.3L 1993 Ford Ranger

See if the coil is receiving power. Check the camshaft position sensor at the top front of the engine. Same with the crankshaft position sensor, on the front of the engine. It's shown in the image I attached.
