You can see it better than we can. Where do YOU think it's leaking from? How far away from the wheel does it make a puddle? Is fluid running on the inside of the tire? Do you see fluid on the backing plate or is it running out from the bottom of the brake drum? If there's a puddle at least an inch or two from the tire, most likely a steel line has rusted through. If the tire is wet and the backing plate is not, chances are it needs a new wheel cylinder. That is going to set you back a good 15 bucks.
Be careful to never ever push the brake pedal more than half way to the floor. Some people think they need a helper to work the pedal when bleeding brakes. Running the pedal to the floor on any vehicle more than a year or two old can damage the master cylinder. To be safe, just let it gravity-bleed.
