The top of the rear caliper on the back brakes has a cap not a bolt. How do I get the caliper off

Does the top where the cap is on the caliper have a bolt under it. Instead of a bolt it has a cap with a little rubber nipple sticking through. The bottom is just a bolt like normal.I am changing the pads.

It sounds like the bleeder valve you are describing. They have a rubber cap on them.
