If its getting the correct fuel pressure and injectors are pulsing and getting a snapping blue spark-recheck the valve and ignition timing

It trys to start but wont fire, starter fluid has been sprayed into the injectors. The ingnition timing is fine. What valve?

Starter fluid has been sprayed into the injectors but not combusting recheck the spark if okay-you need to open it up and check the cam and crank sprockets alignment.

Is the piston no.1 on its compresssion/TDC before you align both if not its out of time-probably 180.

Did you check the rotor if its pointing to no.1 cap tower when you did the alignment of the cam and crank when no.1 piston on compression stroke-

It is not a timing issue

Did the engine fired up? You're using a starter fluid -it should start and die if its getting spark
