Our accord isnt shifting properly. It started not shifting properly when this really cold weather started. You would have to wrestle the shifter to get it outta park and it would only stay in reverse then finally go into drive. Now the shifter wont leave the park position as it stops half way to reverse which is one click down. Then when you turn the car on from the power on position it jumps forewjad when it starts because its in gear. But when the car is off it rolls when you push it like its in nuetral. The cable is adjust properly and. I am baffled. Is something froze or is a sensor messed up?

Seems like something is wrong with the shift cable. It could be adjusted correctly but there might be excessive play in the cable due to wear or damage.
