REPLACE THE SEAL BEHIND THE LOWER TIMING BELT PULLEY?

What has to be removed to replace the seal behind the lower timing belt pulley on a 1992 GEO Tracker. Diagram would be very helpful.

This doesn't show everything, but the blet and cover plus there is a pulley at the bottom where the belt goes around in the first pic an dall the stuff with arrows in second pic. Then the cam has to be retimed.

That is the Crankshaft and that is the oil pump behind the Crank gear. You'll likely be replacing the whole oil pump and it's no simple job. One mistake with the timing belt will cause you to bend all the valves so I don't suggest to attempt it yourself.
