You will have to remember your milage and take it to a dealer to program it in. Some that sell or rebuild these units can do it when you order it.

Dash removal is not an easy job and for the sake of cleaning, I would not want to attempt it as it involves a lot of removal, including disconnecting wireharness etc. If the job is not done correctly, you would likely be causing a lot of unnecessary trouble shooting later.

I am trying to access the cup holder for removal. I want to be certain I don't break the dash panels. They appear to be held on by a series of screws and clips.
Thanks.

Are you talking about the center section of the Dash? Are you trying to install a original original cup holder, or an aftermarket?

I am trying to repair or replace the existing factory cup holder. The swingout for the 2nd cup became jammed and I removed it. The cup holder was then stuck 'out'. It got pushed in and is now stuck in. The cup holder will only move in and out about 1 inch. I am trying to access the cup holder track so I can repair or replace it.
Thanks

That particular dash in the center section snaps together, make sure you remove the glove box door first, so you don't break the little hinge that's connected to the center section, the instrument cluster cover is held on with 4 torx screws

Would like to find out the proper steps for removal and replacement of a complete dashboard? I am removing the complete dash because it is cracked and unserviceable. Also, after being in storage there could and probably is some mouse nests behind which need to be removed?
