WAS PARKED ON A HILL STARTED CAR WENT ABOUT A HALF A BLOCK FLIPPED A UTURN AND CAR GAS PEDAL WASNT WORKING GAS LIGHT WENT ON COASTED AND PARKED PUT GAS CAR HAS SPARK AND IS GETTING FUEL CHECKED FUSES AND SPARKPLUGS STILL WONT START CHANGED THE DISTRIBUTER NO START

If you have spark and fuel, the timing is correct, and the engine has compression, the engine has no choice but to run. Since you have spark and proper fuel pressure, I recommend the following. See if the engine will start for a couple seconds with starting fluid. If it does, then it is a fuel related problem. If it doesn't, then you either have too weak of a spark, the timing belt broke, or for some reason, there is not enough compression for it to run.

Try that and let me know what you find.
