Starter and spark plugs have nothing to do with this problem. Start by using a digital voltmeter to measure the battery voltage. It should be 12.6 volts if it's fully charged. If you have a charging problem, there will usually be a little sign of life with a dim dome light or weak chime. If everything is dead, suspect loose or corroded battery cables.
