1991 FORD F-150 WONT START

I changed plugs wires cap and rotor coil it turns but wont fire up I dpmt know what else to try it is a 4.9l inline 6 it just died I figured I covered it now im stumped any help would be appreciated

Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?

Have you checked the following:

Is the coil getting power?
Is the crank sensor good?
Is the rotor turning in the distributor?

If you are getting power to the coil, do you see a spark from the coil wire? Does your truck have the ignition module? It is mounted on front side of distributor.
