I was driving down the road when the engine shut off. It will turn over but will not crank. When I put gas in the carb it tries to start. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter and fuel relay switch. It keeps blowing fuses. I can not hear the fuel pump kick on. WHATS THE PROBLEM How do I run a diagnostic test?

If the fuse blows, you must find the reason. Did the fuse blow before the fuel pump replacement?
