My nissan skyline rb20det. When I boost it and it gets into the high boost or high revs. It sorta feels like it holds back.I dont use my boost control either because as soon as I flick it on it holds back worse could it be that I need to change my air flow meter to an after market meter? I have a t04e/t4 turbo.

Have you checkeed th fuel delivery? A clogged fuel filter would not allow sufficient fuel to get to the cylinders at high rpms.
