1990 Ford F-150 coding for TP, ECT, EGR, MAP. Replace EGR and EGR sensor, ECT, and IAC. Will not idle. Black smoke. Could this be oxygen sensor?

To have that many codes, look for something in common. That means the 5.0 volt supply to all of those sensors. Suspect a broken wire or stretched pin in a connector. The easiest is probably the TPS. Back-probe through the connector. One wire must have 5.0 volts. If it's missing, follow that wire back to look for a break in the circuit.
Also, with the ignition switch off, measure the resistance of the 5.0 volt feed wire to ground to see if it's shorted.
