Got a 1990 F-150 that has fuel pressure with key.

Got a 1990 f150 that has fuel pressure with key on 52psi but won't start, will start and run with starting fluid till its gone replace the ECM and still no go what else can it be

Ecm? Why? Who told you it was bad?
I would check the coolant sensor first. Then I would look at the tps sensor. If it is reading 4.8 volts or higher then it is in clear flood mode.
Is there key on power to the injectors?
