I just changed the blades and then realized my wipers weren't working. I could hear the motor turning inside with a noise so I decided to change the motor. I tested the wipers without the arms to make sure they were in position. The linkage seemed to be working properly with the new motor. I put the old arms back on and they would get stuck halfway through the cycle. I decided to buy new arms. The same problem occurs. I cleaned the windshield to see if that was the problem. I almost seems like its not getting enough power, even with the new motor. Please help!
Thank you
Michelle

Check the transmission linkage under the vent area in front of windshield. Sounds like it's hooked up backwards aor broken
