HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM IN MY 1989 TOYOTA PICKUP.

Clutch will not release when the pedal is depressed. Hydraulic clutch- have replaced the master cylinder and slave cylinder, and bled the lines. When the pedal is pumped the clutch will release, but if it is held down it fades, and the clutch engages on it's own. Linkage to the pedal to master cylinder is engaged but seems to push less fluid into the lines then is necessary to disengage the power from the engine to transmission.

Sounds like air still in system to me. The fade part indicates this. Of course hopefully you got good replacement parts too.
