CAR WONT START. HELP!!

Hey my car wont start. I have hooked up to jumper leads and tryed but no luck. It sounds like plenty of kick to fire it over but never will. I have had starter motor replaced as well as battery. My cars a manual so able to push start but still no luck. Pulled off spark leads and I dont think its a problem with the spark plugs. Im thinking its fuel. My car is a toyota corona 1989. 2L twin cam fuel injected. What you think could be the problem.

Check fuel pump pressure and make sure there is a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs.
